Module 3 - Web 3.0 & Connectivist Learning
Unlike XR and AI, Web 3.0 is an emerging technology still in its early stages of development. As such, it lacks a definitive definition and comprehensive research. However, we anticipate its arrival as the next generation of the web, succeeding Web 1.0 (read-only web) and Web 2.0 (read-write web) that we currently use. This module, we delved into Web 3.0 - what it is, its unique technical advancements, instructional advantages, and envision its future role in teaching and learning.
We prepared a video presentation to address the following topics on Web 3.0 and Connectivist Learning.
(1) What is Web 3.0, Web 3.0's technical features, and instructional benefits?
(2) What is connectivist learning?
(3) How does Web 3.0 leverage connectivist Learning?
