Competition Prize:
One (1) winner will receive a R250 learning voucher (or equivalent gift voucher as determined by the Promoter).

1. Competition Overview

Attend our feree 90-minute live learning webinar for your chance to win a R250 learning voucher.

No purchase is necessary to enter unless specifically stated.

2. Competition Period

• Competition opens on: July 1 2026

• Competition closes on: August 1 2026

• Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

3. Eligibility

The competition is open to:

• Residents of South Africa.

• Individuals aged 18 years or older.

• Individuals who register using their own correct details.

• Individuals who attend the webinar personally.

The following people may not enter:

• Employees of the Promoter.

• Immediate family members of employees.

• Anyone directly involved in running the competition.

4. How to Enter

To qualify, participants must:

• Register for the webinar.

• Attend the live webinar.

• Remain present for at least 90% of the webinar

• Complete any attendance verification if requested.

• Complete any required feedback form (if applicable).

Only one entry per person.

Multiple registrations using different email addresses are not permitted.

5. Attendance Verification

Attendance will be verified using:

• Webinar attendance records

• Login records

• Registration information

• Poll participation (if applicable)

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant attempting to manipulate attendance records.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected by:

☐ Random electronic draw from all qualifying attendees.

OR

☐ Random manual draw.

The draw will take place within 10 days after the webinar.

The Promoter's decision is final.

No correspondence will be entered into.

7. The Prize

The winner will receive:

• One R250 learning voucher.

The voucher:

• Cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Cannot be transferred.

• Cannot be upgraded.

• Cannot be substituted unless the voucher becomes unavailable.

If unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to replace it with a voucher of equal value.

8. Notification of Winner

The winner will be contacted using:

• Email

• Telephone

• WhatsApp (if supplied)

If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner.

9. Prize Delivery

The voucher will be sent electronically within 14 business days after the winner has confirmed their details.

10. Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that the Promoter may publish:

• First name

• Surname initial

• Photograph (only with consent)

• Testimonial (only with consent)

Participation in publicity is voluntary and winners may decline, in accordance with South African promotional competition regulations.

11. Privacy

Personal information will only be used:

• To administer the competition.

• To contact winners.

• To send webinar-related communications.

Information will not be sold to third parties.

Data will be handled in accordance with applicable South African privacy laws.

12. Disqualification

Participants may be disqualified for:

• Providing false information.

• Registering multiple times.

• Attempting to manipulate attendance.

• Any fraudulent or dishonest conduct.

13. Technical Problems

The Promoter is not responsible for:

• Internet outages

• Load shedding

• Device failures

• Browser issues

• Webinar platform interruptions

• Lost or delayed registrations

14. Cancellation or Changes

The Promoter reserves the right to:

• Cancel the competition.

• Amend these Terms and Conditions.

• Extend the competition.

• Postpone the draw if circumstances beyond its control require it.

Any changes will be communicated on the registration page or by email.

15. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data

• Network interruptions

• Injury

• Damage

• Loss arising from participation in the competition or use of the prize

16. Acceptance of Rules

By registering and attending the webinar, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

17. Governing Law

This competition is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including the provisions relating to promotional competitions under the Consumer Protection Act where applicable.

18. General Conditions

• One prize per winner.

• No correspondence regarding the outcome will be entered into.

• The Promoter may request proof of identity before awarding the prize.

• The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries.

• Incomplete registrations may be disqualified.

• Entries generated by automated methods or bots will not be accepted.

• The Promoter may refuse to award the prize where fraud or misconduct is suspected.

• Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
