⚠ WiFi Checklist (to ensure stable wireless connection) ⚠
How many Wifi names do you have: Ensure your devices including Rollo are connected to the same WiFi name
Is your Wifi Frequency/band Split between 2.4ghz and 5ghz or Combined?: If you have a combined WiFi frequency/band please split your band between 2.4ghz and 5ghz
Static IP or Dynamic IP: Sometimes wireless routers do tend to reassign IP addresses to your devices, if this happens, you will lose connectivity to your printer, so it's best to assign static IP to your Rollo printer.
Distance: Place Rollo within several feet and no significant obstructions
⚠ The steps below work for phones, tablets, PC and Mac.
1.Press the WiFi LED button 11-15 seconds until it turns to orange
2. Grab your phone go to your wifi settings and search for a wireless name that says: rollo-xx-xx-xx if it asks you for a password please type: rolloprinter
3. After you connect to Rollo wireless, wait for a few seconds and a page will pop up automatically allowing you to select your own/personal wifi network, click Join Wi-Fi network. (If after a few seconds and a page didn't pop up you can open the browser on your device i.e chrome )
4. Click choose network and look for your network name click it and type your home wifi password.
5. Rollo will now attempt to connect to your home WiFi, it may take about a minute or two and sometimes it will give you an error like this site can't be reached but that is fine.
6. Once you see the WiFi LED light on your Rollo printer turns into solid blue it means that it is connected
7. Please push and hold the WiFi LED button for 2 - 3 seconds and then let go, it will produce a network test. If you see something like 192.168.x.x it means you have a valid IP and you are connected.
