For the Rollo wireless printer. Always ensure that you are connected to the same WiFi name and the same band 2.4Ghz or 5Ghz.

Please, perform a self-test.
Make sure you're getting a green light on the printer (if not please turn the printer off and on)
Press and hold the button and wait for 2 beeps then let go
The printer will perform a test print.
Did the test print turn out OK? if yes go ahead and Print this sample label
If it did not print anything
If Rollo spits a blank label instead, that means your labels are loaded upside down. Kindly flip the label and make sure that the peelable side is facing up, re-insert the label and then press and hold the button on your printer wait for 2 beeps and then let go, the printer will perform another self-test.
If it's still blank, please check the printer head and see if there is a sticker or residue that got stuck on it.
Also, please check the following:
If your label is Direct Thermal - can you please try to scratch the labels with your finger to see if you get a dark trail or not, if you get a dark trail, most likely it's direct thermal. Non-direct-thermal paper is not compatible with Rollo.
