For the Rollo wireless printer. Always ensure that you are connected to the same WiFi name and the same band 2.4Ghz or 5Ghz.

Turn the printer off and unplug the USB cord from your Computer
Click the search box /magnifying glass in your computer, search for RUN, select RUN, and type: shell:printersfolder and click OK delete ROLLO by right-clicking it and select delete and please restart the computer
Connect the printer to a different USB port
Turn the printer back ON
The computer will now attempt to add the printer
Print the sample label
If the issue persists please proceed with the steps below
Please unplug the USB cable from your computer.
Please uninstall the printer driver and reboot your computer after you uninstall the driver, then proceed to the next step.
Please re-install the driver
Reconnect the USB cable into a different USB port
