For the Rollo wireless printer. Always ensure that you are connected to the same WiFi name and the same band 2.4Ghz or 5Ghz.

Make sure you are using the official Rollo adapter and it is securely plugged in.
Please adjust your printer's density and speed.
Check the video and perform the steps and see if you're still getting the humming or loud noise.
Lift the printer cover
Remove the paper
Press and hold the red button on top of the printer cover and wait for 1 beep then let go. Don't close the cover.
Please observe if you still hear a weird or loud noise, if the roller is still spinning or if the roller is stuck.
