For the Rollo wireless printer. Always ensure that you are connected to the same WiFi name and the same band 2.4Ghz or 5Ghz.

⚠ Resetting the printer preferences will remove your other printer, but you can add them back later on.
Resetting the printer preferences fixes most of the issues that you are experiencing in your MAC, most especially after an update.
⚠ WiFi Checklist (to ensure stable wireless connection) ⚠
How many Wifi names do you have: Ensure your devices including Rollo are connected to the same WiFi name
Is your Wifi Frequency/band Split between 2.4ghz and 5ghz or Combined?: If you have a combined WiFi frequency/band please split your band between 2.4ghz and 5ghz
Static IP or Dynamic IP: Sometimes wireless routers do tend to reassign IP addresses to your devices, if this happens, you will lose connectivity to your printer, so it's best to assign static IP to your Rollo printer.
Distance: Place Rollo within several feet and no significant obstructions
Click the Apple menu and then click System Preferences.
Click Printers & Scanners
Right-click (or Control + click) anywhere inside the Printers window, and then click Reset printing system.
Click Reset or OK.
If prompted, type your username and password and then click OK.
The printing system resets.
Once, the reset is complete please proceed with the next step.

Click the Apple menu or logo on the upper left corner of your screen and then click System Preferences.
Click Printers & Scanners
Add the wireless printer by pressing the + symbol
4. Select Rollo X1040 and make sure under USE it should be Secure Airprint - this is auto-populated if it doesn't change to secure Airprint, please turn the wireless printer off for about 10 seconds and back on, then wait for the WiFi light to turn into Solid blue then try again.
