For the Rollo wireless printer. Always ensure that you are connected to the same WiFi name and the same band 2.4Ghz or 5Ghz.

⚠ Resetting the printer preferences will remove your other printer, but you can add them back later on.
Resetting the printer preferences fixes most of the issues that you are experiencing in your MAC, most especially after an update.
Turn the Rollo printer off by unplugging it from the wall
Unplug the USB cable
Click the Apple menu and then click System Preferences.
Click Printers & Scanners
Right-click (or Control + click) anywhere inside the Printers window, and then click Reset printing system.
Click Reset or OK.
If prompted, type your username and password and then click OK.
The printing system resets.
Once, reset is complete please proceed with the next step.
Reconnect the USB cable
Turn the Rollo printer back on
Press the PLUS (+) symbol and Select Printer ThermalPrinter, and then choose "Select Software" in the drop-down menu.
Under NAME you can rename it as ROLLO
under USE select software, search/find "Rollo or Rollo Printer" and click OK.
Click on "Add"
