For the Rollo wireless printer. Always ensure that you are connected to the same WiFi name and the same band 2.4Ghz or 5Ghz.
⚠ Self-test is helpful to check if the printer is working and if it prints properly
To perform a self-test
Unplug the USB that connects the Rollo printer to your computer and turn the printer off and on
Please ensure there are at least 10 labels in your rollo printer
Press and hold the button on your printer and wait for 2 beeps then let go
The printer will perform a self-test
Once the self-test is complete you may reconnect the USB cable back into a different USB port of your computer
