For the Rollo wireless printer. Always ensure that you are connected to the same WiFi name and the same band 2.4Ghz or 5Ghz.

The red light is an indication that Rollo has a problem with your label.
Most likely, Rollo needs to re-learn your label.
Unplug the USB cable from your computer and turn the Printer Off and On
Press and hold the green button, wait for 1 beep then let go
Reconnect the USB cable (different USB port) and print this sample label www.rollo.com/sample
If the automatic label identification does not work or the red light remains, please turn off Rollo check the power adapter if there is a green or red light on it, unplug it from the wall, and move it into a different outlet.
