Patriots had a tough go last Friday with a long car ride into an 8pm game. 12 hours after when they usually finish their games. Pens Elite came out strong and the Patriots were unable to keep up with their offensive pressure.
The Patriots took time to sleep off this and come back Saturday morning ready to play at a more ""normal"" time for them.
U10
Patriots woke up Saturday morning ready to show the Pens team what Patriot Hockey was and that the night before was just a product of sleepy legs and bodies. Patriots came out from the start and hammered shots on the Pens Elite goalie. The Patriots were able to skate away with a 3-1 win off team goals. The entire Patriots team worked hard to ensure that they kept control of the puck in the offensive zone and would backcheck any time that it ended up in our defensive zone.
U14 - Blue
Lady Patriots 14U Red had another decisive offensive performance against the New Jersey Devils in Newark this weekend with a 9-1 league win. Kayley Lang got the offense started in the first period, and Parker Shore and Lourdes Armstrong kept it going, each with hat tricks. The LP Red defense continues to dominate, keeping the New Jersey Devils to only nine shots on goal and one goal scored. LP Red is now 7-2, and will play two league games next weekend against the New York Islanders.
Hockey Fights Cancer
The Lady Patriots are proud to stand with Hockey Fights Cancer this season. We are using our platform to donate to the Doylestown Cancer Center.
Each player worked to raise $45 to earn a Purple Jersey for the Month of Novemeber. Some teams were able to gain business sponsors and we will highlight those businesses through the Month of November!
A little about where our donation will help from the Social Worker and Oncology Services Coordinator, Amy Stein, "Thank you so much for thinking of Doylestown’s Cancer Institute for your Hockey Fights Cancer fundraising event. We try to take care of our community with the most up to date cancer screenings, diagnostics, and treatment options, while not losing sight of the day to day struggles a cancer diagnosis can bring. Here at Doylestown our multidisciplinary team of registered nurse navigators, social workers, nutritionists, rehabilitation therapists, infusion nurses, and radiation therapists work together to ensure our patients feel supported throughout their journey. We will assess and support our patients utilizing donated funds for their living expenses, transportation, wigs, compression garments, a free nutrition program, free massages, and a personal training exercise program for cancer survivors. Your donation will directly go to assisting our patients with these services."
The Lady Patriots will be raffling off a prize of $100 Scratch off tickets and $50 cash.
Each sheet of tickets is 25 chances and each sheet is $10. Reach out to your favorite Patriot Player to get your sheet. Team Managers will be able to help with any questions!

The Drawing for the Raffle prize will be on December 1st and all proceeds will go directly to our donation to the Doylestown Cancer Center.

SportsEngine - Add a Guardian
SportsEngine has been set up for all teams. Please ensure that you have selected to join the team. The original email went out to all the registration emails on file. If you would like to add a second parents/guardian to the account the steps are below.
NOTE: Guardians do not receive text message notifications on behalf of the player profile.
Family members of an athlete can be added as "Guardians" to view the team schedule, RSVP to games and events, message team members, and edit the athlete's profile.
Sign in and go to your Household tab of your dashboard. (Under Account Settings)
Click on an athlete sub profile. (NOTE: You can not add a Guardian to the account owner's profile.)
If you don't have a sub profile for the athlete, you will need to add one either through a registration or by claiming a roster spot.
On the right side, under the Guardians header, click the plus sign (+).
Input the Guardian’s email address to invite them.
Toggle which athlete profiles this Guardian should manage.
Click Send Invitation.

Little Santa Big Shop

Lady Patriots help support the Little Santa Big Shop each year as our community helps to serve those families that have fallen on hard times have a great holiday season. We are asking for donations of new and unopened unwrapped toys to be donated. Our target age is 8-13. Please when you are out shopping pick up a new toy and bring it to any practice for your coaches. We appreciate your help in making this a great holiday season!

About the Lady Patriots Women's Team:
We have beginners to fresh out of college playing with our women's teams. We are a fun group of ladies that love to get on the ice and play the game we all know and love! We welcome any women who are at any age (18+) and any level to come out and join us!
