Final Summer updates

10,000 Shot update!

As we finish out the month of August our Shot challenge comes to an end! We are so proud of all our teams! Lady Patriots shot over 55,000 pucks this summer and that is amazing!

U10 attended Girl's Summer showcase

Our U10 team competed at the Girls Summer showcase at IceWorks this August. These girls entered a U10AA tournament and skated hard every minute even with a short bench. While the games didn't all go in the Patriots favor there were some big moments to celebrate:

  • C. Shultz had her first Patriots Goal!

  • P. Hartz and P. Rogers both had their first starts in goal!

U10 at Little Flyers U10 - September 11, 2021

U10 opened up the season with a hard fought game against the Little Flyers. P. Hartz played hard in net stopping 32 shots faced. Strong defensive showing from C. Schultz, A. Willison, P. Rogers, T. Fistick, and V. Naticchione helped with several successful breakouts and many successful stops. Offense was strong with defensive assistance from O. Connors, A. Bucci, and D. Thomas. Hardest worker goes to P. Hartz and A. Yarborough awarded most vocal!

U10 at Royals U10 -
September 12, 2021

10U played and outstanding game despite the loss. Strong support across the ice with excellent passing and communication. Offense was led by D. Thomas and O. Connors with superb back checking to support the defensive squad. C. Schultz was a strong leader for her line mates in the defensive zone offering support for each breakout. Strong defense led by S. Carter and A. Franz worked to keep the Royals at bay in the third period. Patriots first goal of the season was scored by A. Willison! The effort deserved two hardest workers of A. Franz and O. Connors.

We are working with Elevated Athletics to bring a unique training experience to our goalies. Training started the first week of practices and we can't wait to see the progress our goalies make!

October - Pink the Rink

For the month of October we are doing Pink the Rink Events! We are excited to raise money to go to GrandView Hospital for their Breast Cancer center and Patient Care.
Pink Jerseys will be earned by players who raise $35 or more! We will wear these jerseys for the month of October.

November - Food Drive Competition

The month of November we will be hosting a food drive across the organization! Each team will compete against one another to bring the most nonperishable food items. Prizes will be awarded to the top 2 teams in the organization. November 1 - November 30.

Holiday Shop Wishlist

We know! It's July! As we look at our season November 20th will come quick. Last year our Free Holiday Shop was able to help 51 families with 117 children. Santa even showed up! We are looking to build on this in the upcoming season!
Gifts from infant through 18 are needed
Toiletries are needed as well

Lady Patriots - SportsEngine - Add Guardians

SportsEngine has been set up for all teams. Please ensure that you have selected to join the team. The original email went out to all the registration emails on file. If you would like to add a second parents/guardian to the account the steps are below.

How to Add Guardians

NOTE: Guardians do not receive text message notifications on behalf of the player profile.

Family members of an athlete can be added as "Guardians" to view the team schedule, RSVP to games and events, message team members, and edit the athlete's profile.

  1. Sign in and go to your Household tab of your dashboard. (Under Account Settings)

  2. Click on an athlete sub profile. (NOTE: You can not add a Guardian to the account owner's profile.)

  3. If you don't have a sub profile for the athlete, you will need to add one either through a registration or by claiming a roster spot.

  4. On the right side, under the Guardians header, click the plus sign (+).

  5. Input the Guardian’s email address to invite them.

  6. Toggle which athlete profiles this Guardian should manage.

  7. Click Send Invitation.

About the Lady Patriots Women's Team:
We have beginners to fresh out of college playing with our women's teams. We are a fun group of ladies that love to get on the ice and play the game we all know and love! We welcome any women who are at any age (18+) and any level to come out and join us!
