"A CoDA meeting is much more than a place to sit and tell your troubles, it is a place to meet people like yourself and to learn from those who are different from you; a place to interact with people focused on learning to have healthy and loving relationships.
A CoDA meeting is a group of people who come together around their shared desire for healthy and loving relationships. The meeting uses the Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions of Co- Dependents Anonymous as the basis for working toward recovery. It is a place to find sponsorship and fellowship as well as the sharing of experience, strength, and hope. A strong sense of acceptance and community makes a meeting attractive both to the newcomer and old timer." ~CoDA Meeting Handbook, pg. 9
LA CoDA Meeting List
Click here for a PDF of the most current meeting list or use the interactive map below. Free paper copies are available at most meetings and GSRs can restock on updated lists and Recovery from Codependency pamphlets every month at the LA CoDA meeting at no charge.
Please send any meeting information changes to firstname.lastname@example.org by the 25th to be included in the following month's list.
LA CoDA has several standing subcommittees that rely on volunteers using the group conscious process to carry out the will of the fellowship. Service committees are a great place to practice healthier recovery tools instead and support the common welfare of CoDA. Information about when and where they meet can be found on the Service page.
