Short Summary of the book:

Surprises abound in this book.

We are now 14 years since Alice’s kidnapping and she is still suffering from PTSD and finding it difficult to bond with her daughter. She also has recurring dreams in which she sees two men, Nate and Scott and becomes convinced they both exist. Now wanting to know why they star in her dreams, Alice sets about to find the answers. But not all is as it seems.

What I liked about the book:

It was a great book in which the protagonist matured significantly.

What I didn’t like about the book:

The way it sets about alluding to the likely outcome of the book, but I needn’t have worried.

My favourite bits in the book:

I enjoyed all the suspense and action within the book.

My least favourite bits in the book:

I enjoyed the entire book.
