Future teachers can improve their capacity to teach and convey knowledge in the future by gaining additional experience through field study. FS students can collect their own information and learnings through field studies, which also gives them the chance to deepen their classroom learning through actual observation and experience and conduct field experiments for scientific study. We will learn the truths about what it really means to be a teacher and what teaching is all about through Field Studies 1 and 2.
Throughout my experience, I realize how much instructors do to bring up a decent education to the students and keep a safe and positive learning environment. I realized that learning never stops when you work as a teacher. For the benefit of the students and for their own personal development, teachers are constantly working to advance their education and professions. I have discovered that merely commenting on what I observe in the classroom is insufficient. I must understand and learn about the classroom in a more deep and meaningful way, such as by linking observations to theories and psychological research.
Generally, I enjoyed my observation because I also had the opportunity to try out teaching a demo lesson. The demo teaching wasn't entirely ideal because it is difficult to manage more than 30 students in a classroom, but I am grateful for the chance because I was able to learn. I'll make sure I'm prepared and knowledgeable enough to respond to students' inquiries when I teach again in the future. I will use educational resources that will benefit all students, not just one. I must always conduct myself professionally when speaking with students and colleagues. I must respect confidentiality, refrain from prejudice and bigotry, keep learning environments safe and encouraging, assist struggling students, and apply appropriate consequences so that students will grow with discipline.
