Teaching is one of the noblest professions. Before I immersed myself in my cooperating school, I thought teaching is just sharing your knowledge, handling students with different personalities, and etc. I thought everything will go as planned.
Since you want the teaching-learning process to be more engaging and enjoyable, you will spend a lot of time as a teacher preparing instructional resources that will help students. The teacher is a coordinator and a facilitator rather than a knowledge-dispenser.

I can honestly tell that teaching is not a simple undertaking now that I have completed my observation journey. It is not sufficient to simply create educational materials based on personal preferences. Always think about how your actions could benefit your pupils' learning and personal development. You cannot ensure that the actions described in your lesson plan will actually occur. You must make adjustments for the benefit of your students if you are already in a real-world scenario. Additionally, you must deal practically daily with the fact that kids truly do have various personalities. Therefore, don't let even one of them feel like an outsider just because you have a favorite student. Love them and treat them fairly.
However, the experiences I encountered made me realize that I still need to put in more time and effort if I want to improve as a teacher. And there is much more to do, such as looking for good learning resources. Teachers ought to be adaptable and understanding.
