REFLECTION

In the future, the classroom I need to employ to respond to diverse types of learners are "TAKE TIME TO CELEBRATE GROUP EFFORT" "LET STUDENTS WORK IN GROUP IF NECESSARY" "INTERVIEW STUDENTS TO ASSESS THEIR NEEDS" and "WRITE GROUPS CONTRACTS". Moreover, I will continue to use a variety of strategies in the future to make sure that students truly comprehend that every person has a different personality that makes us all unique, including teaching the students how to respect one another and incorporating diversity into the lesson plan. If they will understand why, they won't judge others based on that. Instead, they'll just keep creating lasting memories in school to lay a solid basis for their friendships.
