The personal characteristic of my model teacher that has made a great impact on my life as a learner is being determined. In seventh grade, I wasn't as involved in class discussions and wasn't participative When December 2013 came, this teacher somehow ended up serving as our adviser. Because of his loud voice, odd expression, and habit of calling someone to speak their perspective about a particular issue, I became really uneasy as I saw how he taught students. Time passed by, and I already understand why he has that kind of strategy because he is determined to teach his/her students no matter what it takes. I'm influenced to have the same determination as him because of certain reasons, My teacher does anything he can to help us, so why shouldn't I do the same thing and return the favor by putting as much effort into things as he does for us? Seeing how he struggled and overcome those obstacles inspires me a lot.

This is Mr. Mark A. Palad. He is very knowledgeable and determined just to impart his knowledge to his students. Despite his achievements in life, he remains humble. He also gives pieces of advice about life that motivates students to strive harder. Mr. Palad possesses the qualities needed to be a successful educator. He displays the professionalism and etiquette that true instructors must possess. He teaches his lessons expertly and keeps up with the most recent curriculum, educational tools, and educational policies.
