Last November 14, 2022 (Monday) at Yumbing National High School, we interviewed two teachers about their thoughts on Outcome-Based Teaching-Learning (OBTL). According to them, although every one of us has a unique set of options when it comes to how to use methods and strategies during the teaching process, OBTL is much more applicable if we all want to help the students acquire the necessary knowledge. Learning progress is now better recognized and evaluated, and if necessary, regiments will still be implemented. Students will actually acquire the intended competencies and master the required intended results using this type of educational theory, which centers each component of the educational system around goals.
