• Treat them like my own children, teach them the fundamental virtues, and teach them to embrace and accept diversity.

SCHEDULE AND TIMEFRAMES

• Organize my class schedule based on what my co-teachers and I agreed upon.

CLASSROOM STRUCTURE, DESIGN, AND ARRANGEMENT

• Designs should be motivating enough and put technologies inside the room for educational purposes only.

CLASSROOM SAFETY AND PROCEDURE

• Keep a medicine kit in the classroom and tell students to avoid bringing any hazardous things.

STRATEGIES FOR REWARDS AND CONSEQUENCE

• Students should hold accountable when they broke something in the class so that they will become more extra careful.
