REFLECTION
Because of my experiences in conducting a demo teaching, I was able to understand that you can't just use a learning material because of your personal interest. Instead, you choose that one because you know it is beneficial to the learners and it can help them learn. Aside from that, your information must be reliable. Give them accurate information and as much as possible, design a material that is appealing to the learners. Also, in delivering your lesson, you must be 100% prepared and ready. Because of my experiences, I cannot say it was perfect but that also gives me the motivation to learn more. To be honest, I was not ready during my demo teaching, but one thing is for sure, I learned a lot and I am willing to take another challenge in delivering a lesson again in order for me to grow.
I will never limit myself from learning because the more you learn, the better. IMs provide a very big content that students will meet, and understand during a discussion. Just by materials, you can be motivated or demotivated by them. That is why, search more, learn more, and apply what you have gained and learned. Accuracy, alignment, engagement, visual appeal, and a lot more are the things teacher should employ when selecting instructional materials.
