Episode 5: Creating an Appropriate Learning Environment

In the future, I want my classroom especially the students to build camaraderie and unity just like what this section does whenever someone is having difficulty understanding what the lesson was all about. They help each other and it's actually a good practice.

On the other hand, I also want my future students to practice believing in themselves by implementing this kind of arrangement. It will be challenging but at least students will be able to learn how to value their own effort and sacrifices.
