California Dream Act Application (CADAA) - The California Dream Act Application is for students who meet the qualifications of AB 540.
AB 540 exempts some students from paying non-resident college tuition (higher than resident tuition) and allows them to apply for different types of California Dream Act financial aid which includes Cal Grant, Middle Class Scholarship, BOG (community college fee waiver), and others.
