Insight Schools of California operates as a DASS (Dashboard Alternative School Status) school serving at-risk youth. Being a DASS school allows us to provide students the ability to earn their high school diploma with the minimum graduation requirements, as established by the state of California of 130 credits.
We provide an opportunity for students who are behind in their education or need additional support to graduate from high school.
Upon graduation, students will not meet the entrance requirement to attend a four-year university.
Students will first need to attend a two-year or community college in order to meet entrance requirements.
Insight Schools of California has a minimum graduation requirement of 130 credits in the required subject areas.
Insight Schools of California graduates students every trimester. Once you have met our minimum graduation requirements, 130 credits in the required courses, you will graduate at the end of the corresponding trimester.
Students who successfully complete Algebra I in middle school must still complete a minimum of two years of mathematics in high school.
In-Person Graduation Ceremonies are held once a year in June.
If you have specific graduation questions, please contact your school counselor.
