New Eyes: Applications are submitted online. It is optimal for social service agencies/health advocates to apply on a client’s behalf. However, for individuals who do not have access to an agency, they may apply directly but must provide proof of eligibility. If the application is approved, a unique e-voucher number is emailed with a link to our eyeglass ordering site and instructions on how to order eyeglasses.

VSP Vision Eyes of Hope: VSP Vision™ Eyes of Hope® gift certificates, sometimes called vouchers, provide adults and children in need with access to eye exams and new glasses at no cost through a VSP Network doctor in their community. Adults and children of any age: Contact one of our community partners.
Reach out to Prevent Blindness, your local Lions Clubs chapter, members of the National Association of Community Health Centers, or UnidosUS and let them know that you’re in need of vision care.
To qualify as an All Children See patient, a child must:
Be under the age of 18
Be a legal citizen/resident of the U.S.
Have failed an eye screening, be unable to complete a vision screening, or have an eye concern
Be uninsured or financially unable to pay a co-pay

National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI): NAMI Basics is a 6-session education program for parents, caregivers and other family who provide care for youth (ages 22 and younger) who are experiencing mental health symptoms.
