Lead: Annie la Armadilla
Can anyone name all the GOTR names?
Last goal: Let your Star Power Shine!
One person sits in the middle of the circle.
Each person on the outside asks a question to the person in the middle.... all they can respond with is "Meatball"
The goal for the person in the middle is to NOT LAUGH. If they laugh, they switch places with the person on the outside that makes them laugh.
Leader: We are going to play Star Tag!
You are the stars, and the Leader is a cloud.
If the leader tags you, you are frozen
If someone else tags/unfreezes your Star Power... Do 5 Jumping Jacks then you are free to run again.

Put on your necklace.
Grab your lap counters
An important part of teamwork is communicating- listening to each other and hearing different ideas. In this activity, you will practice communicating to complete a team goal. Your goal is to complete 1 workout lap as a team- staying together the WHOLE TIME!
Stay in a single file line
When I say "GO" , the person in the back of the line will move to the front of the line.
When that person arrives at the front they will yell "GO" and the last person will move to the front of the line, also yelling ,"GO" when they arrive at the front of the line..
Continue for one lap making sure everyone has at least one chance to lead the team.
Girls on the Run is so much fun!
Last week's goal: Share the SuperStar Message!
Leader: "Today we will write a letter to the future you - a reminder of all you learned at GOTR!
