Journals: Page 14. Today we learned one tool we can use to activate our Star Power is to Feel your Feelings! - whether they are comfortable or uncomfortable. Find this tool on your journal page and write or draw 1 thing you learned today.

"We've spent some time thinking about which emotions make us feel comfortable and uncomfortable. Now, let's think of times we felt these emotions.
Each of you will get an emotion card.
With your partner, you will discuss when you felt this way and if it was comfortable or uncomfortable.
For example: Excited - "One time I was excited was when my birthday was coming up, and my friends were coming to the party..... Excitement is a comfortable feeling for me. I know this because I smile and have lots of energy when I am excited.

Today, we learned one tool to activate our Star Power is to Feel our Feelings. There are no bad emotions; instead, we categorize them as either comfortable or uncomfortable. It is important to listen to our bodies, so we know when to activate our Star Power!
