The activity aims to develop and implement an eLearning tool for teachers, focusing on 12 common local dishes, seen from the perspective of STEAM, which will be tested in high schools, adapted for use in various partner countries, in STEAM curriculums, and translated into multiple languages for widespread accessibility by schools, training centers, and NGOs.
A key component of WP2 is conducting a desk analysis and gathering best practices, which involves researching literature and identifying top educational resources. This analysis will serve as the foundation for developing the course content. Additionally, the course will feature 12 national dishes from the participating countries, providing insights into culinary traditions and cultural diversity. Each dish will be explored through the lens of STEAM concepts, allowing participants to apply scientific principles in the practical context of cooking.
Through this course, teachers will be equipped to use innovative teaching methods that connect STEM and culinary skills, enriching educational content and increasing student interest in these fields
