The activity aims to develop and implement an eLearning tool for teachers, focusing on 12 common local dishes, which will be tested in high schools, adapted for use in various partner countries, and translated into multiple languages for widespread accessibility by schools, training centers, and NGOs.
The activity led to the creation of a teacher training program combining culinary and STEM education, enhancing teachers' skills and knowledge, fostering student engagement in learning through an interdisciplinary approach, and inspiring interest in culinary and STEM careers, with results including a tested online course and increased STEAM awareness among high school students, their community, and teachers.
This activity resulted in the creation of presentation materials for two workshops in each partner country, the implementation of four workshops engaging secondary school teachers and students, the improvement of eLearning tools based on teacher feedback, and the development of materials to showcase project results.
