Warsaw, 19.February 2024 - Students of the Liceum Fundacji Szkolnej in Warsaw experienced a day brimming with gastronomic discoveries as part of the "Taste of Knowledge" project, funded by the Erasmus+ program. The kitchen spaces transformed into a real spectacle where young culinary enthusiasts imaginatively mixed ingredients to create exceptional dishes.
Fun was had, and culinary education reached new heights. Through hands-on experience, students learned about various cooking techniques, the importance of precision in measuring ingredients, and the significance of understanding food allergies. In this way, cooking turned into an exciting lesson in mathematics, physics, and chemistry.
After indulging in the flavors they themselves crafted, all participants joined together in cleaning up, showing that responsibility is part of the culinary experience.
