Senior, Kaden Perry’s hobbies involve going to the gym to work out. He is a good student who prides himself with his good grades. He plays football, basketball, and baseball. In his free time, he likes to play video games. His strengths are his dedication, consistency, and work ethic. His only weakness is his time management. What motivates KP is when others push themselves, it makes him want to work even harder than everyone else. His future plans are to graduate from Texas Tech. His greatest high school achievements he is most proud of are when they went to league for baseball and his good grades. A random fact about our senior is he will not eat coleslaw.
Mr. Michael, a new science teacher, has found his new home in Elkhart, Kansas from Nigeria. Michael, coming from a family with an education background, knew he wanted to be a teacher 8 years ago. His mother, a former principal, is his biggest inspiration in life and education. His goal with teaching is to educate as many individuals as he can for society. He came to the states in 2022 and graduated with a masters from Texas Tech. His favorite thing about Elkhart is how small and peaceful the town is. When asked what he misses from Nigeria, he said he misses Nigerian food the most. He chuckled, saying with his best piece of advice with a smile, “Be yourself, everyone else is already taken. Always have the right attitude.”
