On Tuesday, February 11th the Lady Wildcats took the hard loss against the Turpin Cardinals on their home floor. The Lady Wildcats fought a tough battle playing a very competitive Turpin Cardinals team. Today, February 14th, the Lady Wildcats compete against Lakin at home. Having their last home game with high hopes of winning! Last Saturday, the Lady Wildcats lost against Meade fighting their way to the end.
The Elkhart Wildcats traveled to Turpin, Oklahoma, February 11th to face the Cardinals on their home court. The Wildcats walked away with a tough loss, 56-38. The Wildcats will have a rematch against the Lakin Broncs at home February 14thon Valentine’s Day for their last home game of the regular season. The Broncs have a 13-1 record, while the Wildcats have a 7-14 record.

This Morning, A fighter jet was flying in low visibility conditions when it went down around 10:17 a.m. near Naval Air Station North Island, home to Naval Base Coronado. The two pilots were lucky to eject from the plane in time before it plunged into the waters

Her favorite class she’s taken is the Art of Elementary, a college class. Her favorite high school moment was playing sports. Her plans after high school are to go to Pitt State and get a degree in social work. Her favorite sport is volleyball. Her favorite school year was her freshman year.
This week Xavier Corbin was interviewed for the first Student spotlight of the week. Xavier has made something cool in his welding class. Since it was Valentine’s Day soon, he cut out a rose, welded it together, and spray painted it so it looked more like a rose.
