through this experience i have learn a lot from the cas experience from both mentally and physically, which i think have help me to grow a lot after the cas experience. In short, it will be explain in the 7 outcomes of the cas experience, at length.

Learning outcome 1: Identify own strengths and develop areas for growth

From my cas experience I think I have developed a better persistent in doing all the task that I am required to do. From the experience it was really valuable that I have growth not just physically but the mental state and mindset of finishing tasks. The strength that I have improved is mainly on the mindset and also the physical skills that I have achieve through the hard work and practice. For example my dart, pool and gym skills have all been improved a lot compare to what I initially have. For gym work, i did increase my capacity through overloading and pushing my limit through constant training. the amount of times trained through week have been more frequent from 3times a week increased to 5-6 times per week to increase my growth. For the other skill like pool and darts, i did the same type of improvement method by increasing the time that i spend in each training to better my skills.

Learning outcome 2: Demonstrate that challenges have been undertaken, developing new skills in the process

The challenges through the experience have helped me develop my own strength and skill development. From the cas experience the challenges are mostly the physical capability of myself due to most of my cas experience is based on sports events. The experience has a lot of challenges that lead to me

developing new skills on my mindset and also physical capability. the skills that i have improved through the experience, by the increase of frequent training and also improved with additional work after the training it helps my total training. The skills that are developed are like better aim at the bullseye for darts, by from averaging 1/6 time of bullseye to 2/3 bullseye. the increase of skill helped my scoring when doing competition by developing these new skills.

Learning outcome 3: Demonstrate how to initiate and plan a CAS experience

I think I have learned a lot about the planning of the CAS experience. From the cas experience I am required to plan out most of my experience since I need to structure all my experience. The experience involve a lot of planning to do to successfully complete all the task. The involvement of the plan is very crucial throughout every experience. from the cas experience, like the service plans. the radio that i did i required to plan and list out of the content with bullet points so i have enough content to talk about. the planning is crucial for me to not go off script and also reach the requirement for the audience to understand my content.

Learning outcome 4: Show commitment to and perseverance in CAS experiences

The cas experience requires a strong persistent to continue even after the experience. The experience needs to included a lot of persistent to process and complete the cas experience. The cas experience are often hard and tiring when it becomes a long term task that I’ll have to do daily to complete the cas experience. The persistent that I have build through the experience have made an impact on my personal growth. From my skills and activity development, i went from training for 1 hour to increase my training to 2 hours or even 3 hours. For like darts and pool, from only required time to training in quantify my training to how many i should score in a day to show my perseverance and consistent in my skill development.

Learning outcome 5: Demonstrate the skills and recognize the benefits of working collaboratively

The service cas experience is helping the community by effect collaborating with others. The task is very challenging due to how I am required to be communicative to help associate and also complete the task effectively. The process requires me to help others and also effectively communicated with them to acheieve the plan that we have made. From all the service cas i did a lot of work on collaborating by listing out questions before the meetings so i can communicate better with my teammates, and also point out more problems that we experience through the activities. in my sports day activity, there was a few incident that happened which makes our teammates upset, i decide to talk to them during the meeting to clear out the issues so we can benefit from teh collaborating work.

Learning outcome 6: Demonstrate engagement with issues of global significance

The engagement of global issue is also important because it can help other people solving the problems and also the demonstration of the engagement of global issue. The global issue is revolve around the world most crucial problems that we are facing. I think I have demonstated the global significance through my cas and have a deeper understanding of the tasks. In short, I think I can demonstrate the global significance. From the engagement of issues and global significance works lile service on education, i did point out a lot of issues that is happening in current educational world that i have experience through ib learning. by discussing the pros and cons of learning in ib and also other system that i have been to, it creates the connection to the global issue engagement. For example, i compared the two educational system liek ib and taiwan traditional system and did a pros and cons compare contrast to analyze for my audience to understand teh educational flaws and benefit of my work.

Learning outcome 7: Recognize and consider the ethics of choices and actions

Through my cas experience the recognize of ethic and choices have been a really crucial part of the cas experience. The experience requires choices and ethics to complete the task with good ethics and actions. My choices on actions have become a lot better after my cas experience after learning a few experience from the cas experience. For the service cas like radio and helping students individually are required to be more patient and helpful for the student, it requires a lot of my own will and choices to decide to put more time and effort to help out individual students.

In a nutshell, through my cas experience I have learn the ways to be more persist to finish my experience, and i have some of my cas experience continuing even after the required hours are done. i have obtained a better lifestyle after the entire cas experience.
