Retiree Insurance Options through OEBB
REVIEW INSURANCE PLAN OPTIONS
Retirees have access only to plans that are currently offered to active employees.

If you select Plans 6 or 7, review this important information about your individual or family deductible
If you select Plans 6 or 7 you also MAY set up a Health Savings Account (Note if you are eligible for Medicare, you do not qualify for an H.S.A.)
In order to experience the enhanced benefits of coordinated care use the Moda Find Care search feature to look for a "PCP 360" primary care provider. After your enrollment is complete, log in to myModa and designate your PCP 360. When you use your PCP 360, your enhanced benefits will include a lower deductible, lower out-of-pocket maximum, and copayments for office visits and specialist visits
You may choose to purchase medical, dental and/or vision coverage. *Note- if you previously had dental or vision coverage and choose to NOT purchase that coverage this year, dental and vision coverage will not be available in the future
As a retiree, you are eligible to continue OEBB retiree coverage until you become eligible for Medicare. If you are eligible for Medicare before your spouse becomes eligible for Medicare, your continuously covered spouse may continue retiree coverage with OEBB

NEW EARLY RETIREES
New retirees will transition from an active employee policy to a retiree policy administered by OEBB. The plans and rates listed above apply to all retirees.
New retirees will receive a letter from the benefits department together with and instructions for how to enroll.

CONTINUING EARLY RETIREES
Retirees will continue to have their retiree insurance administered by OEBB. The plans and rates listed above apply to all retirees
For open enrollment login to the myOEBB website and select you plans just as you have done in the past
Your payments will be adjusted according to your new plans beginning with the automatic deduction on October 2nd for October coverage

Senior Health Insurance Benefits Assistance Program (SHIBA)- SHIBA volunteers receive training to provide free information and assistance on Medicare benefits and limitations; evaluation of Medicare supplemental insurance and long term care policies; assistance with billing problems; and referrals for legal assistance.
