Open Enrollment begins August 15, 2025  and closes  September 8, 2025

Enrollment is  MANDATORY for ALL benefit eligible employees

THE OREGON EDUCATORS BENEFIT BOARD (OEBB) administers insurance plans for most educational entities in the State of Oregon. The coverage term for our plans begin each year October 1st and ends September 30th.

 You will find the rates and plans available to our employees at one of the links below.  Employee premiums are deducted from the payroll check in the month before coverage is effective, -i.e. your September paycheck will pay for October coverage.  

MID YEAR CHANGES:  Changes to coverage may not be made outside of the Open Enrollment period unless an employee experiences a "Qualified Status Change".  If you or your family experiences a qualifying event, you may be allowed to make limited changes to your plan selections mid-year. These events must be reported to the Benefits Department within 31 days. Please complete the Mid-Year change form and submit to the HR Department by calling  (541) 447-5099 to schedule an appointment or  via e-mail or tina.simmons@crookcountyschools.org.
