THE OREGON EDUCATORS BENEFIT BOARD (OEBB) administers insurance plans for most educational entities in the State of Oregon. Our plan year runs from October 1st through September 30th. Open Enrollment begins August 15th and closes early September each year.   You will find the rates and plans available to our employees at the links below.

NEW EMPLOYEES  

You will receive notification by email from the Benefits Department once you have been added into the OEBB system with instructions on how to research all your insurance options and enroll.  New Hire Resource Guide

MID YEAR CHANGES

Changes to coverage may not be made outside of the Open Enrollment period unless an employee experiences a "Qualified Status Change".  If you or your family experiences a qualifying event, you may be allowed to make limited changes to your plan selections mid-year. These events must be reported to the Benefits Department within 31 days. Please complete the Mid-Year change form and submit to the Benefits Department via e-mail or fax (541-638-9654).
