What is it:

Forms is a way to get audience feedback.  You can conduct polls, surveys, and create signup sheets.  This is a useful tool for audience participation during a presentation. 

Ways it is useful:

I use it to create a class request sheet for the courses offered within the hospital.  As part of the resource team, I help nurses with compliance for their individual specialty and help sign them up for workshop and courses offered for professional development. 

These tools help me keep a big team organized and engaged as I only have limited administrative time a week to sign up a team of 80 clinical staff for requests.  This also helps our scheduler, so she does not have to adjust the schedule.
