For my 3rd tools explored I chose to do Microsoft Forms. I ran into a 2nd yr MSN friend, and we got talking about this assignment. She then told me about Microsoft forms and how it has many functions.  To test it out I created/used 4 of its functions. Its relatively easy to use too.  

For the Survey, Quiz, and registration you have very similar sub functions.  They have 

Choice: Allows a person to make a selection out of multiple options. It can be select all that apply. And you can make it so that the person is required to answer to move forward. 

Text: This function allows a person to type in a answer. You can also make it so that it's a longer answers as well. 

Rating: This function allows to rate a question form 1-5 or 1-10. You can also use symbols. 

Date: This function allows to enter a date. 

Ranking: Allows to rank answers in order. 

Likert: This function allows to you to pic an option (1-5) from a statement but you can have multiple statements. 

Net Promoter Score: This function allows to rate a statement form 1-10

Section: From what I can tell this function allows to enter a free text answer. 

For the invitation: It was straight forward. Different templates are available. I haven't figured it out- but I feel like it can't be too wordy. I ran out of space.
