Zoom has been a great communication tool.  I've used it throughout the years for class projects, presentations, and meetings. It has been a fairly easy tool to navigate and has gotten significantly more popular during the pandemic due to all the distance learning being done. We use that as a way to sign into staff meetings at work from time to time, which is nice since we have part-time employees and work 4 days a week, so you may not be there on the day of the staff meetings. We have used it in Dr. Diana Neal's class for presentations which is helpful to get through many presentations simultaneously.  This can be helpful to have meetings/classes online when needed. 

I was playing around with Zoom just now and I didn't realize that it had whiteboards and I used a template to make an idea as to how to split up duties for planning a surprise birthday party. - Rachel Rytter
