بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
1. إِنَّا أَنْزَلْنَاهُ فِي لَيْلَةِ الْقَدْرِ

2. وَمَا أَدْرَاكَ مَا لَيْلَةُ الْقَدْرِ

3. لَيْلَةُ الْقَدْرِ خَيْرٌ مِنْ أَلْفِ شَهْرٍ
3. لَيْلَةُ الْقَدْرِ خَيْرٌ مِنْ أَلْفِ شَهْرٍ
4. تَنَزَّلُ الْمَلَائِكَةُ وَالرُّوحُ فِيهَا بِإِذْنِ رَبِّهِمْ مِنْ كُلِّ أَمْرٍ
4. تَنَزَّلُ الْمَلَائِكَةُ وَالرُّوحُ فِيهَا بِإِذْنِ رَبِّهِمْ مِنْ كُلِّ أَمْرٍ
5. سَلَامٌ هِيَ حَتَّىٰ مَطْلَعِ الْفَجْرِ
5. سَلَامٌ هِيَ حَتَّىٰ مَطْلَعِ الْفَجْرِ
Bismillaahir Rahmaanir Raheem
Innaa anzalnaahu fee lailatil qadr
Wa maa adraaka ma lailatul qadr
Lailatul qadri khairum min alfee shahr
Tanaz zalul malaa-ikatu war roohu feeha bi izni-rab bihim min kulli amr
Salaamun hiya hattaa mat la'il fajr
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
We have indeed revealed this (Message) in the Night of Power:
And what will explain to thee what the night of power is?
The Night of Power is better than a thousand months.
Therein come down the angels and the Spirit by Allah's permission, on every errand:
Peace!...This until the rise of morn!
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ

1. إِنَّا أَنْزَلْنَاهُ فِي لَيْلَةِ الْقَدْرِ

2. وَمَا أَدْرَاكَ مَا لَيْلَةُ الْقَدْرِ

3. لَيْلَةُ الْقَدْرِ خَيْرٌ مِنْ أَلْفِ شَهْرٍ
3. لَيْلَةُ الْقَدْرِ خَيْرٌ مِنْ أَلْفِ شَهْرٍ
4. تَنَزَّلُ الْمَلَائِكَةُ وَالرُّوحُ فِيهَا بِإِذْنِ رَبِّهِمْ مِنْ كُلِّ أَمْرٍ
4. تَنَزَّلُ الْمَلَائِكَةُ وَالرُّوحُ فِيهَا بِإِذْنِ رَبِّهِمْ مِنْ كُلِّ أَمْرٍ
5. سَلَامٌ هِيَ حَتَّىٰ مَطْلَعِ الْفَجْرِ

1. إِنَّا (innā) - Indeed, We
Example Sentence: إِنَّا أَنزَلْنَاهُ فِي لَيْلَةِ الْقَدْرِ (innā anzalnāhu fī laylati al-qadr)
Translation: Indeed, We sent it down on the Night of Decree.
2. أَنزَلْنَاهُ (anzalnāhu) - We sent it down

Example Sentence: أَنزَلْنَاهُ فِي الْقُرْآنِ (anzalnāhu fī al-qur'ān)
Translation: We sent it down in the Quran.

Translation: The Night of Decree.
5. الْقَدْرِ (al-qadr) - Decree

Translation: The Night of Decree.
7. أَدْرَاكَ (adrāka) - Can make you know

Example Sentence: مَا أَدْرَاكَ مَا الْقَدْرُ (mā adrāka mā al-qadr)
Translation: What can make you know what the Night of Decree is.
8. خَيْرٌ (khayrun) - Better

Example Sentence: خَيْرٌ مِّنْ أَلْفِ شَهْرٍ (khayrun min alfi shahr)
Translation: Better than a thousand months.
10. أَلْفِ (alf) - Thousand

Translation: Thousand months.
11. شَهْرٍ (shahr) - Month

Translation: Month of Ramadan.
12. تَنَزَّلُ (tanazzalu) - Descend

Translation: The angels descend.
13. الْمَلَائِكَةُ (al-malā'ikah) - The angels

Example Sentence: تَنَزَّلُ الْمَلَائِكَةُ (tanazzalu al-malā'ikah)
Translation: The angels descend.
14. وَالرُّوحُ (war-rūḥ) - And the Spirit

Example Sentence: وَالرُّوحُ فِيهَا (war-rūḥu fīhā)
Translation: And the Spirit in it.
15. بِإِذْنِ (bi’idhni) - By the permission

Example Sentence: بِإِذْنِ رَبِّهِم (bi’idhni rabbihim)
Translation: By the permission of their Lord.
18. كُلِّ (kulli) - Every

Translation: Every matter.
19. أَمْرٍ (amr) - Matter

20. سَلَامٌ (salāmun) - Peace

Translation: Peace it is.
21. حَتَّىٰ (ḥattā) - Until

Translation: Until the emergence of dawn.
