110. Surah An-Nasr (The Help)

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
1. إِذَا جَاءَ نَصْرُ اللَّهِ وَالْفَتْحُ
1. إِذَا جَاءَ نَصْرُ اللَّهِ وَالْفَتْحُ
2. وَرَأَيْتَ النَّاسَ يَدْخُلُونَ فِي دِينِ اللَّهِ أَفْوَاجًا
2. وَرَأَيْتَ النَّاسَ يَدْخُلُونَ فِي دِينِ اللَّهِ أَفْوَاجًا
3. فَسَبِّحْ بِحَمْدِ رَبِّكَ وَاسْتَغْفِرْهُ ۚ إِنَّهُ كَانَ تَوَّابًا
3. فَسَبِّحْ بِحَمْدِ رَبِّكَ وَاسْتَغْفِرْهُ ۚ إِنَّهُ كَانَ تَوَّابًا
Bismillaahir Rahmaanir Raheem
Iza jaaa'a nasrul-laahi walfath
Wa ra-aitan naasa yadkhuloona fee deenil laahi afwajaa
Fasabbih bihamdi rabbika wastaghfirh, innahoo kaana tawwaaba
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
When comes the Help of Allah, and Victory,
And thou dost see the people enter Allah's Religion in crowds,
Celebrate the praises of thy Lord, and pray for His Forgiveness: For He is Oft-Returning (in Grace and Mercy).
1. بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
2. الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ
3. الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
4. مَالِكِ يَوْمِ الدِّينِ
5. إِيَّاكَ نَعْبُدُ وَإِيَّاكَ نَسْتَعِينُ
6. ٱهْدِنَا ٱلصِّرَٰطَ ٱلْمُسْتَقِيمَ
7. صِرَاطَ الَّذِينَ أَنْعَمْتَ عَلَيْهِمْ غَيْرِ الْمَغْضُوبِ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَا الضَّالِّينَ
7. صِرَاطَ الَّذِينَ أَنْعَمْتَ عَلَيْهِمْ غَيْرِ الْمَغْضُوبِ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَا الضَّالِّينَ
Examples for Each Word
إِذَا (iza) - When
Example Sentence:
Arabic: إِذَا جَاءَ نَصْرُ ٱللَّهِ (iza jaaa'a nasrul-lahi)
Translation: When the help of Allah comes.
Example Sentence:
Arabic: إِذَا كَانَ الطَّقْسُ جَمِيلًا (iza kana al-taqs jameelan)
Translation: When the weather is nice.
جَاءَ (jaa'a) - Comes
Example Sentence:
Arabic: إِذَا جَاءَ نَصْرُ ٱللَّهِ (iza jaaa'a nasrul-lahi)
Translation: When the help of Allah comes.
Example Sentence:
Arabic: جَاءَ الزُّرُوعُ (jaa'a al-zuru'u)
Translation: The crops have come.
نَصْرُ (nasr) - Help
Example Sentence:
Arabic: إِذَا جَاءَ نَصْرُ ٱللَّهِ (iza jaaa'a nasrul-lahi)
Translation: When the help of Allah comes.
Example Sentence:
Arabic: نَصْرٌ عَظِيمٌ (nasrun 'azeem)
Translation: A great help.
ٱللَّهِ (Allahi) - Allah
Example Sentence:
Arabic: إِذَا جَاءَ نَصْرُ ٱللَّهِ (iza jaaa'a nasrul-lahi)
Translation: When the help of Allah comes.
Example Sentence:
Arabic: قُرْآنُ ٱللَّهِ (Quranul-Lahi)
Translation: The Quran of Allah.
وَفَتْحٌ (wa-fath) - And victory
Example Sentence:
Arabic: إِذَا جَاءَ نَصْرُ ٱللَّهِ وَفَتْحٌ (iza jaaa'a nasrul-lahi wa-fath)
Translation: When the help of Allah and victory come.
Example Sentence:
Arabic: نَصْرٌ وَفَتْحٌ (nasrun wa-fath)
Translation: Help and victory.
وَرَأَيْتَ (wa ra'ayta) - And you see
Example Sentence:
Arabic: وَرَأَيْتَ النَّاسَ (wa ra'ayta al-naasa)
Translation: And you see the people.
Example Sentence:
Arabic: وَرَأَيْتَ أَصْدِقَاءَكَ (wa ra'ayta asdiqa'aka)
Translation: And you see your friends.
النَّاسَ (naasa) - The people
Example Sentence:
Arabic: وَرَأَيْتَ النَّاسَ (wa ra'ayta al-naasa)
Translation: And you see the people.
Example Sentence:
Arabic: النَّاسُ سَعِيدُونَ (al-naasu sa'eedoon)
Translation: The people are happy.
يَدْخُلُونَ (yadkhuloona) - Enter
Example Sentence:
Arabic: يَدْخُلُونَ فِي الدِّينِ (yadkhuloona fee al-deeni)
Translation: They enter into the religion.
Example Sentence:
Arabic: يَدْخُلُونَ الْبَيْتَ (yadkhuloona al-bayta)
Translation: They enter the house.
فِي (fee) - In
Example Sentence:
Arabic: يَدْخُلُونَ فِي الدِّينِ (yadkhuloona fee al-deeni)
Translation: They enter into the religion.
Example Sentence:
Arabic: فِي الْبَيْتِ (fee al-bayti)
Translation: In the house.
الدِّينِ (deen) - The religion
Example Sentence:
Arabic: يَدْخُلُونَ فِي الدِّينِ (yadkhuloona fee al-deeni)
Translation: They enter into the religion.
Example Sentence:
Arabic: الدِّينُ الْإِسْلَامِيُّ (al-deenu al-islami)
Translation: The Islamic religion.
أَفْوَاجًا (afwaja) - In crowds
Example Sentence:
Arabic: يَدْخُلُونَ فِي الدِّينِ أَفْوَاجًا (yadkhuloona fee al-deeni afwaja)
Translation: They enter into the religion in crowds.
Example Sentence:
Arabic: أَفْوَاجًا مِنَ النَّاسِ (afwaja min al-naasi)
Translation: Crowds of people.
فَسَبِّحْ (fassabbih) - Then glorify
Example Sentence:
Arabic: فَسَبِّحْ بِحَمْدِ رَبِّكَ (fassabbih bihamdi rabbika)
Translation: Then glorify with the praise of your Lord.
Example Sentence:
Arabic: فَسَبِّحْ ٱللَّهَ (fassabbih Allah)
Translation: Then glorify Allah.
بِحَمْدِ (bihamdi) - With praise
Example Sentence:
Arabic: فَسَبِّحْ بِحَمْدِ رَبِّكَ (fassabbih bihamdi rabbika)
Translation: Then glorify with the praise of your Lord.
Example Sentence:
Arabic: بِحَمْدِ ٱللَّهِ (bihamdi Allah)
Translation: With the praise of Allah.
رَبِّكَ (rabbika) - Your Lord
Example Sentence:
Arabic: فَسَبِّحْ بِحَمْدِ رَبِّكَ (fassabbih bihamdi rabbika)
Translation: Then glorify with the praise of your Lord.
Example Sentence:
Arabic: رَبُّكَ الْعَظِيمُ (rabbuka al-'azeem)
Translation: Your great Lord.
وَٱسْتَغْفِرْهُ (wasta'firhu) - And ask for forgiveness from Him
Example Sentence:
Arabic: وَٱسْتَغْفِرْهُ (wasta'firhu)
Translation: And ask for forgiveness from Him.
Example Sentence:
Arabic: وَٱسْتَغْفِرْ لِي (wasta'fir lii)
Translation: And ask forgiveness for me.
إِنَّهُ (innahu) - Indeed He
Example Sentence:
Arabic: إِنَّهُ كَانَ تَوَابًا (innahu kaana tawwaaba)
Translation: Indeed He is the Forgiving.
Example Sentence:
Arabic: إِنَّهُ رَحِيمٌ (innahu raheem)
Translation: Indeed He is Merciful.
كَانَ (kaana) - Was
Example Sentence:
Arabic: إِنَّهُ كَانَ تَوَابًا (innahu kaana tawwaaba)
Translation: Indeed He was the Forgiving.
Example Sentence:
Arabic: كَانَ جَادًّا (kaana jaadan)
Translation: He was serious.
تَوَابًا (tawwaaba) - Forgiving
Example Sentence:
Arabic: إِنَّهُ كَانَ تَوَابًا (innahu kaana tawwaaba)
Translation: Indeed He is the Forgiving.
Example Sentence:
Arabic: تَوَابٌ عَلِيمٌ (tawwaabun aleem)
Translation: The Forgiving and Knowing.
