The Association of Public Library Employees (APLE) represents all librarians and non-managerial professional staff at the Toledo Lucas County Public Library (TLCPL) system.

We are the collective bargaining unit for these employees and are affiliated with the Toledo Association of Administrative Personnel (TAAP). As members of UAW, Local 5242, Region 2-B, we are part of a larger union community.
