AFR + Boost Gauge

As the H2 has limited space, searched high and low and chanced upon this gauge which has both AFR and Boost.

Only downside is its meant for cars - so its not water tight and has long harnesses.

First - a black sealant to cover gaps.

Sealant sealed at rear. Do it at least a day ahead of works.

Has two connectors here.

Sealant sealed at front face perimeter.

I got the Extreme creations 52mm gauge holder which was meant for AEM gauge. Has to CNC the backing off as this gauge is deeper and slightly wider by 0.5 to 1mm.

Removed my previous analogue gauge and mounted this gauge housing - Straight forward.

Route cables neatly along steering stem. In my case, I secured the boost sensor on top of the AIS cover.

Route boost cable through the provided filter and to the boost sensor. I think the purpose of the filter is reduce turbluence.

Also note that I have bypass the OEM wastegate solenoid. So my hose connects directly to new sensor. Otherwise, you will need to use a T which is provided.

Was worried about kinking and moving around during rides. Waste gate hose seemed steady enough.

This harness connects to the boost sensor directly to gauge.  The gauge cable will be routed to the subframe.  I routed from the left of the steering stem and towards the right before the airbox.

The boost sensor cable to gauge is long - shortening to be done at a later date.

Its supplied with a module. Has a power harness, cable from gauge, and cable from lamda sensor - coiled in place for now.

Finished product.
