This project involved the development and application of spatial filtering rules and guidelines for the delineation of boundary collisions to provide an accurate distribution of collisions by neighborhoods in the City of Edmonton. The development of spatial filtering rules and guidelines were based on interactive round table discussions and email exchanges between the Office of Traffic Safety (OTS) in the City of Edmonton and the University of Alberta.
