About Cindy Wong
Dr. Xu (Cindy) Wang completed her PhD in transportation engineering from the University of Alberta in 2015. Since 2017, she has been a postdoctoral fellow under the supervision of Dr. Qiu and Dr. Kwon. Prior to returning to U of A, she worked as an Assistant Professor at Shandong University, P.R. China. Her research interests are traffic operation, traffic flow theory, connected vehicle application research for improving traffic mobility and safety. She enjoys jogging, hiking and reading in her spare time.
