About Michael Urbiztondo
I started my undergraduate degree here at the University of Alberta in September 2018, to pursue the Civil Engineering Co-op BSc program. My interests in the field of transportation engineering as well as the application of computing science for automation and investigation sprouted through my several work terms and academic experiences. I joined Dr. Tae J. Kwon’s team under the Dean’s Research Award, which posed a great opportunity to learn and apply programming under the perspective of transportation engineering, and I look forward to contributing and learning more as a member of the team.
In my free time, I enjoy snowboarding, hiking, photography, and music production.
