Art Statement: Originally things didn't go to plan and I was not able to make the original art inspired project. However; for some time I had been doing some forms of abstract painting. Sounds silly but it is a way of calming down, I took the time, to rethink my project a couple weeks ago when, the original plan I had wasn't working out. It took some time but I finally landed on the idea to create a mini mural.

However I didn't know what to use for a canvas until I realized I could just reutilize the canvas's I had been using for my relaxed abstract paintings. I figured it would be a good mix of using prior AP Art History topics and art movements with a mix of more modern art history movements.
It took some time but I figured this would be a better option than making T-shirts or creating something that I didn't feel was something fun for me to do. Though I was busy a lot of the time making this piece. I ended up being able to create this.
This piece itself is inspired by the abstract expressionist movement, along with different works from different periods of time in the art history that we have studied.
