Pure Contour

Artist Statement: 

These drawings helped me get out of my comfort zone and helped me be able to see how much progress I have made over the last year or 2. I noticed a lot of details in each of them and tried my best to add in as much as I could, with it still being a "Pure Contour" drawing. 

I used Graphite Pencils for all 4 of my drawings and I then went back over my light sketch lines with a darker pencil and traced them to look neater.

I didn't have any ideas really because we had to do a shoe but I just chose to do mine instead of the selection Mrs. Medsker had. I did not research or experiment with anything because I just tried following the show with my eyes and drawing it out on paper. I did not have any "whys" because we had to draw the shoe exactly the best we could.
