Donate Life

Artist Statement:

I chose this idea because I liked the idea of love and a realistic heart being together. They seem to fit really well together and I thought it was a really good fit for the Donation Life organization.

I made this poster with colored pencils, markers, and then I continued to outline everything in black sharpie.

I did research on how a realistic heart actually looks like, and I based it off of that picture, but everything else came from my head and my heart and I felt it fit it pretty well. The sunflowers behind the heart is just to add a touch of beauty to it to people can infer that beauty comes from love.
