Projected Quantities

Background

Prior to utilizing this record, the associated project must have an approved Budget and Commitment. This record is used to adjust quantities of bid items and can be accessed at any time during the life of the project. The Projected Quantities record is created automatically in PMWeb, so a user must simply access and update the existing record in the system.

Record Guidance

Use the Projected Quantities record to adjust the quantities of bid items. To make an adjustment, enter a number in the "Projected Quantity Over Or (Under)" column in the Cost table. Be sure to enter the adjustment amount (i.e. the amount you'd like to adjust the "Bid+Co Quantity" by), not the desired amount. 


Workflow Guidance

The Projected Quantities record does not go through Workflow.


Report Guidance

The Cost table in the Projected Quantities record may be exported as a PDF or an Excel document for external analysis.
